TATIS offers leather bags, wallets and accessories.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. All payments are accepted in EUR. Sensitive data of the payment card and its holder is transmitted via a secure TLS connection.
Payment descriptor which will appear after payment of your Internet bank is “tatisriga”.
These rules apply to all the goods / services purchased by ordering them online. Before ordering carefully read the information displayed here.
User is responsible for the truthfulness of the information when placing an order, and also commits not to perform any activities directed against the security of the website.
SIA “TATIS” promises, in accordance with the products and services, to provide a description of the goods receipt in due time and in the agreed form.
Using SIA “TATIS” services, you acknowledge that you understand these rules and agree to comply with them on a regular basis and keep track of their changes.
TATIS provides delivery after the receipt of the payment.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.
Sale orders will be processed in chronological order. We experience a huge volume of orders during this time and we will work through them as quickly as possible.
Please note personalisation and engraving orders take longer – up to 5 working days.
Orders are delivered from 9 am till 6 pm local time.
Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by Delivery service so that you can rearrange delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.
When placing an order, the delivery hours should be considered and shipping address should be the address where the order can be received during the delivery hours of the particular day.
Shipping address should be as detailed as possible. Additional information, such as entrance number and apartment number (if order should be delivered to an apartment house), is necessary in order to make the delivery in expected time. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the indicated delivery time can be extended without previous notice.
Exact phone number should be indicated in order to reach the customer during the indicated delivery hours. Commonly before the delivery the courier contacts the customer by phone to confirm that the customer is available in the indicated shipping address and will be able to receive the shipment. If the indicated phone number is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, the indicated delivery time can be extended without previous notice.
Latvia and Baltic States Delivery
We offer complimentary free delivery to all orders to Baltic States (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania).
We offer free delivery on international orders over €300. Delivery within Europe costs €20. Delivery to Rest of The World costs €30 and is subject to duties and taxes. Orders for delivery to Europe or the USA will take 3-5 business days, while deliveries to other international countries will take up to 7 business days.
We offer TAX FREE shopping to non-EU citizens. Please inform us to add TAX FREE form to order.
All of our bags come packaged in a protective TATIS Riga dust bag and presentation box. Small leather goods will arrive in tissue paper and presentation box.
Refunds and Returns
Your return will cost 3,99€ in Baltic States
Your return in Europe will cost 19,99€
We offer returns or exchanges within 28 days of receiving your order and 14 days for sale items.
If you do decide to make a return, simply request a Return Form by e-mail: email@example.com or by phone: +371 28480520
Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and in it’s original packaging, including the dust-bag or presentation box.
All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice.
Please note we do not accept returns on personalised products with individual engravings.
Return cost will be deducted from the refund that you will receive. We will usually refund your order within 3 days of receiving return goods, but please note, that it might take longer for refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
